The Balkan House at 3028 Caniff St. in Hamtramck doesn't disappoint. Its signature Berlin-style döner kebab sandwich -- shavings of lamb and veal on crunchy, pillowy house-made bread -- is worth the trip. And that's far from the only offering at this European-style restaurant.
