The restaurant group that operates Vinsetta Garage in Berkley and Clarkston Union is opening a casual dining spot on Woodward Avenue in Detroit in the new Little Caesars World Headquarters building, opposite Comerica Park.
Union Joints plans to open Union Assembly on Aug. 23 with a menu that includes game-day classics -- Detroit-style pizza, “grown-up hot pockets,” macaroni and cheese, Nashville hot chicken, salads and other dishes, reports Monica Williams of Eater Detroit.
The restaurant is recruiting for 11 job categories, including sous chef, front manager and servers. Applicants can be interviewed from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. this Saturday, Sunday and next Monday at 2131 Wooward Ave. or can apply here.
