A white Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat zipped past troopers in a blur on westbound Interstate 696 in Royal Oak last weekend and was so fast they lost sight of it during a pursuit, the Michigan State Police tweet.
"The driver of the Charger got up to speeds of 150 mph+," the agency relates in the first of three posts.
Then the driver ran dry.
The suspect admitted to his reckless acts and was found to be highly intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for reckless driving and driving under the influence. Pends prosecutor review. 3/3
