A beef between drivers Friday afternoon in Garden City led to gunfire, three cars crashing and four arrests, Fox 2 reports.
No one was shot, but injuries occurred, WDIV says.
The altercation began with people in two cars, a Buick LeSabre and a Ford Escape. Gunfire was exchanged while they headed north on Middle Belt from Cherry Hill before they crashed at Marquette, along with a yellow Jeep Wrangler that was not involved, Fox 2 reports.
Witnesses told the media that they saw people with guns after the wreck. Four people are in custody. A fifth person ran and is being sought.
Police and Garden City schools put two nearby elementary schools, Lathers and Memorial, on lockdown.
