The direct and well-trod path from notoriety in Metro Detroit to a show on 910AM Superstation gets another traveler Monday morning, as Michigan Rep. Jewell Jones, D-Inkster, starts a 7-9 a.m. show.

Jones will replace former Flint Mayor Karen Weaver, who resigned and is running for her old job, the station announced Friday.
The show runs each weekday.
Jones kept his House seat after pleading guilty to two felonies in connection with a DUI arrest in Livingston County in April 2021. He's term-limited after this year.
Station owner Kevin Adell said in a statement, “I am pleased at welcome Jewell to the 910am Superstation family as the successor to Karen Weaver, who did a great job.”
