The jurors in the Samantha Woll murder trial, who told the Detroit judge on Friday that they were deadlocked, failed to come to a verdict on Monday. They'll resume deliberations on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Detroit Free Press reports that the judge on Monday dismissed one of the jurors due to a prescheduled vacation. That juror will be replaced with an alternate juror.
Michael Jackson-Bolanos, 29, is charged with fatally stabbing Woll, 40, the president of the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue in Detroit on Oct. 21. Jackson-Bolanos claims that he stumbled upon her body outside after she had been killed.
