Locations of the 'No Kings' Anti-Trump Rallies on Saturday in Metro Detroit And Beyond

Rallies are planned for Saturday across the country, including in Metro Detroit, to protest what organizers call "increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption from Trump and his allies," according to the nonprofit watchdog group, Common Cause.

Titled "No Kings," the demonstrations are being held on the same day as President Trump's $45 million military parade in Washington, D.C., which will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army. The parade will feature thousands of soldiers, massive tanks and artillery, vintage warplanes, and Blackhawk helicopters flying overhead. It's also Trump's birthday.

Here's the time and locations for the local protests:

Detroit: Clark Park, 1-4 p.m.

Ferndale: E. 9 Mile Road & Woodward Avenue, 1-3 p.m.

Roseville: 696 Pedestrian Overpass, 27118 Gratiot Ave., 1-3 p.m.

Troy: East Big Beaver Road & Rochester Road, 1-3 p.m.

Dearborn: Private location, have to sign up, 1-3 p.m.

Waterford: Private location, have to sign up, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Outside Metro Detroit:

Chelsea: Pierce Park, 851 S Main St., 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Ann Arbor: Federal Building, 200 E Liberty St., 4-6 p.m.

Lansing: Michigan State Capitol, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.

Grand Rapids: Ah-Nab-Awen Park, 303 Pearl Street NW, 10 a.m.-noon
