Detroit 75 Kitchen, a well-known food truck operation that posts a good number of Facebook videos featuring tasty items, will open its first dine-in location on Friday in Madison Heights.
The Detroit 75 Kitchen food truck, which first launched in southwest Detroit, is opening in the former Madison Club Bar & Grill in Madison Heights at 32275 Stephenson Highway near 14 Mile.
The Detroit Free Press reports that chef Mike Nassar and his brother, Ahmad Nassar, began acquiring and remodeling the property about a year ago while operating a food truck in the parking lot.
A news release said the new restaurant will employ 25 full-time workers.
