Madonna's daughter is getting some local attention.
Brian McCollum of the The Detroit Free Press reports that her daughter, Lourdes Ciccone Leon, is attending the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor this fall.
Madonna, 55, a native of Bay City, attended the school for a while in the 1970s before heading to New York, the Freep noted.
The Freep reported that the daughter is listed in the student directory as an undergraduate affiliated with the U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance.
The Freep reported that Madonna posted an Instagram snapshot of the fan-merchandise store the M Den — on State Street in Ann Arbor — with the caption, “I think ill stop in here!”
