The Lark Restaurant Is for Sale a Year After Shutdown

After 35 year in business, The Lark, an upscale restaurant in West Bloomfield Township, shur last year. 

Now, the place is back up for sale after an initial plan to sell it fell through, writes Sherri Welch of Crain's Detroit Business. 

In the meantime, General Manager Adrian Lark, the daughter of owners Jim and Mary Lark, tells Crain's that there have been monthly wine tastings while negotiating a sale. She's not clear if those will continue next year.

"So we're back to looking for a buyer" for the restaurant building, property, furniture, fixtures and equipment, she said.
