Chef Johnny Prepolec
Chef Johnny Prepolec, who has owned Mr. B's Gastropub on Main Street in Royal Oak since 2014, is making changes.
The pub is changing to a farm-to-table restaurant and gaming room, and will open later this month, reports Susan Selasky of the Detroit Free Press.
The restaurant, Alchemi, is billed as a sophisticated bistro with Thai and Indian influences.
Prepolec told the Free Press in May that he planned to make the conversion in 2021. But while the place was closed because of the pandemic, he decided to move now.
