A photographer managed to bypass security at the Ambassador Bridge and free-climb to its top in an incident that's reportedly under investigation.
The photographer, who goes by "Drift," tells Fox 2 he was in an area secured by the Ambassador Bridge company. He posted his photos to Instagram.
The station reports that "Drift" is a veteran with PTSD who sees such climbs as a former therapy. He's done them around the world. In Detroit, he did not use a harness or rope.
A Windsor musician who climbed to the top of the bridge last year for an album release was later charged.
