Jeff Daniels: "It's hard to sit there."
Michigan actor Jeff Daniels talks about his beloved Detroit Lions.
"They break your heart. They just don't lose, they lose and they break your heart doing so," the Chelsea resident says on "The Rich Eisen Show," a sports talk program on NBC's Peacock livestream. "It's hard to sit there, you know leaning forward into the television set when you know you're going to get your heart broken.
"So someitmes you leave them on in the event that something crazy happens."
So far, the Lions have continued on in their heartbreaking tradition. They are 0-2 and play the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at 4:25 p.m.
