Total Wine, which has over 200 stores in other states, finally is in Michigan.

The chain of mega-stores, which opened recently in Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids, comes to Novi and Sterling Heights by December, a spokesman tells The Detroit News.
Its stores offer more than 8,000 wines, 3,000 distilled spirits and 3,500 beers, plus curbside pickup and delivery. ...
Ken Dalto, a Bingham Farms-based retail industry analyst, said he considers Total Wine the Amazon of wine. He said they have a good formula: of low prices, quality and variety.
The 30-year-old company, which brands itself as "America's wine superstore," is moving into Michigan sites other retailers left. Metro Detroit's branches will be in a former Office Max at 21071 Haggerty Rd. in Novi and a past Toys R Us location 13801 Lakeside Circle in Sterling Heights.
The chain is recruiting managers, sales associates, cashiers and stock clerks. Sterling Heights openings are posted here and those in Novi are here.
