A Rochester home owned by Eminem from 2003-17 is on the market again -- this time for $3.2 million.

The home at 5760 Winkler Mill Rd. is 20,192 square feet and has 10 bedroom and six bathrooms. From the real estate site Zillow (with style adaptations):

A special gated estate executed to perfection with Detroit history on nearly 6 acres of manicured grounds fenced in with walking trails, tennis court/bball court, pool w/waterfall, hot tub, cabana and 2,000 square-foot guest house. Private pond with multiple fountains.

This secluded all-inclusive resort has over 17,000 square feet of living space. ... Custom features include imported building materials, impeccable woodwork through-out billiards room, bar and dining room. Kitchen is a cooks dream with twin Subzero refrigerators.

The Detroit Free Press reported in 2017 that Eminem, aka Marshall Mathers, seldom stayed at the home that he paid nearly $4.8 million for in 2003. It previously was owned by former Kmart chairman Chuck Conaway and was on the market for $2 million four years ago. (Photos from Realcomp)
