A five-year-old Detroit boy was shot and killed because a gunman feared he would snitch, according to a witness' testimony at the suspect's preliminary exam.
The February shooting also killed Caleb Harris' mother and her boyfriend. Malcolm Hardy is suspected in the shooting; he was bound over for trial Thursday, according to Fox 2.
A judge says the boy was shot nine times. The witness who spoke about Hardy's alleged role is described as a friend.
