Unlike Colorado's high court, the Michigan Supreme Court has rejected arguments that former President Donald Trump be banned from the 2024 primary ballot because of “insurrectionist ban," CNN reports.
The Colorado Supreme Court recently decided to ban him from the primary because of his bahavior linked to the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.
Wednesday's order said the court is "not persuaded that the present questions should be reviewed by this court," the Detroit Free Press reports.
