Detroit will get a little infusion of new jobs.
Tom Walsh of the Detroit Free Press reports that Tom YFS Automotive Systems, a Chinese-owned manufacturer of automotive fuel tanks, will locate a new plant in Detroit, creating 160 new jobs.
The company will invest $26.9 million in the plant.
The Freep reports that the Michigan Strategic Fund approved a $1.3-million incentive grant to bring the plant to Michigan instead of Ohio.
