Anyone who goes to a Meijer store knows the chain attracts an eclectic mix. In this case, it may be too eclectic.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office released surveillance photos of a flasher at the store on Auburn Road in Rochester, Breanne Palmerini reports at WXYZ. The report does not say when the incident happened.
"It's unbelievable, I don't even, I can’t imagine people like that can do such things in such public places, especially places like this. It's just unbelievable,” shopper Anil Bhagabatul tells the station.
