Curbed Detroit's Robin Runyan calls it one of the longest on-again, off-again listings in Detroit.

She refers to The Inn At 97 Winder, a 9,000-square-foot bed and breakfast in Detroit's Brush Park, just north of Comerica Park and east of the Little Caesars Arena.

Well, the beautiful structure has sold for $2.4 million and the new owners still plan on keeping it as a B&B, Runyan reports.

The website Estately describes the property:

Attention to detail in renovation with imported tile, old-world craftsmanship. Huge courtyard and parking lot for 16+ cars. Multiple uses include: executive retreat, professional corporate space. Most recent use was bed & breakfast and special events.Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
