State Sen. Coleman A. Young II thinks he can dethrone Mayor Mike Duggan in the election this year.
The son of the late Mayor Coleman A. Young sat down in his campaign office on Livernois in northwest Detroit with Deadline Detroit to talk about the upcoming election, race, crime, having a white mayor, his feelings about his father, his father's workers endorsing Duggan and how his father would feel about his run for mayor.
