Mayor Mike Duggan asked Quicken Loans founder Dan Gilbert to head the effort to lure the headquarters, which would bring about 50,000 high-paying jobs. Gilbert has set up a war room with more than 40 people to address the issue.
The tweet includes a 31-second video released by Gilbert.
The deadline for the proposal is Oct. 19, which is noted in the video.
