A 13-minute YouTube feature lists the Top 10 Worst Neighborhoods in Detroit, based on statistics. One of the most blighted is the Boynton and Oakwood Heights neighborhood in the southernmost area of Detroit.
The creator, a popular video producer whose channel has more than 28,000 subscribers, assembles list-style features about cities across the country. He identifies himself just as Jim and says he's an Army veteran living in Oregon.
