Stroh's New Perseverance IPA Available Wednesday

Stroh's new beer, an IPA called "Perseverance, will be available for sale Wednesday at select pubs and stores only in Michigan.

To commemorate the new beer, available on draft and in 12-ounce bottles, the company will have a symbolic first pour Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Brew Detroit, 1401 Abbott St. in Detroit. This free event is open to the public.

“The return to Detroit began with Bohemian two years ago, and Perseverance is the next vital step in our homecoming,” Andy Gurjian, brand manager, says in a statement. “Perseverance IPA represents a shift from the reintroduction of historical beers to new formulations that will define the next great generation of Stroh’s brewing.

"Our renewed spirit of innovation is a direct reflection of the drive, resurgence and grit that is alive and well in Detroit.”
