Ok, don't pretend you're not one of those.

There's a good chance if you've got a smart phone, or really any cell phone for that matter, you've texted while behind the wheel. You know you do. You know you shouldn't.

Well, here comes Shavonne Jones , a Detroit AT&T worker.

Dearborn Patch reports that Jones has developed a free APP called DriveMode that lets you send an automatic message to someone who has just texted you that says: "I'm driving right now. I can text you back later."

She describes it as an "out-of-office alert."

"(Texting and driving) has caused deaths, and such sorrow and pain," Jones said, according to Dearborn Patch. "I just want this app to save lives, literally."
