Deadline Detroit launches its first newscast Tuesday, titled "The ZIP, hosted by Kelsey Hubbell -- Detroit native, Wayne State grad, event planner and freelance marketer. Each presentation will brief you on the day's top local news in about three minutes.
The video newscast will start twice-weekly.
