Pistons pull off biggest comeback of season to keep playoff hopes alive

The Pistons clawed their way back from a 22-point deficit against the Memphis Grizzlies Tuesday night, leaving just one game between them and their second playoff berth in a decade.

The rally to a 100-93 win at Little Caesars Arena was led by Andre Drummond and Ish Smith — who scored 42 points between them — and aided by a hobbled Memphis, which was missing eight players. Blake Griffin sat out most of the game with a sore left knee. During his 18 minutes on the court, he scored a season-low five points.

To secure a playoff spot, the Pistons either need to win tonight's final regular season game against the New York Knicks, or Charlotte needs to lose to Orlando.
