Two Macomb County residents who presumably couldn't afford a room at the Townsend face misdemeanor charges after they were caught naked in a car in the parking lot of the Birmingham police station.
The man, 24, and woman, 25, got disorderly conduct tickets, according to Fox 2. The offense is punishable by up to 90 days in jail and/or a $100 fine. Their court date is reportedly Aug. 14.
It's unclear what date this happened, but Fox 2 reports it was at least under cover of darkness. Unfortuntely for the couple, however, the cop shop never sleeps.
