Torii Hunter Wants Your Advice: Where Should The Tigers' New Outfielder Live?

Maybe you can relate: A young professional moving from L.A. to Metro Detroit isn't sure whether to live downtown, in Midtown or outside the city. And if he goes suburban, where should he look?

And oh yes: He can afford something swanky, having just signed a $26-million contract for two years.

Troy Patch, where past Councilman Dave Lambert and his wife Mary Ellyn comment that the major leaguer "can shop at Somerset Collection and would have easy access to I-75 when driving to Comerica Park" if he picks Troy.

And in a Sunday comment at the same site, John David notes that Troy is a perfect place Torii. "If he moves here, we should change the city name to Toryy," he suggests.
