It would seem of people to trust, pediatricians would be high on the list.
But police charge that pediatrician Dr. Jeffrey Dembs of West Bloomfield sexually assaulted a boy under 13 years of age over a two year period, often in Dembs' home, WDIV reports.
Dembs, worked at My Kid's Doc office on 12 Mile Road in Novi. He's on leave of absence.
WDIV reports that the boy told police he and his family were good friend with Dembs and went over to his house often for dinner, jet skiing and boating.
