Judge McCree Texted About Sexual Urges While on the Bench

The Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission filed a complaint Tuesday against suspended Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade H. McCree that includes some pretty racy text messages.

Yes, by the way, this is the same judge who texted a shirtless photo last year to a female sheriff's deputy working courthouse security.

In Tuesday's complaint, the tenure commission alleged McCree acted improperly by having an affair with Geniene LaShay Mott, who had a case before him that involved her boyfriend providing child support. The complaint also accused McCree of "improper bench conduct and demeanor" for texting inappropriate messages to Mott while "ajudicating cases on his docket."

The Michigan Supreme Court suspended McCree in February for his relationship with Mott.  But this latest action could result in him being permanently removed from the bench.

The texts from the bench to Mott, according to the tenure commission, included:

Oh yeah, I text from the bench. After last nite, its all I can do not 2 jerk off ‘under’ the bench:-).

C’mon, U’r talking about the ‘docket from hell’, filled w/tatted up, overweight, half-ass English speaking, gap tooth skank hoes…and then you walk in

…funny, I just had Monica Conyers’ nephew B4 me (ignorant shit…as usual).

The complaint also alleged that  McCree, discussed the case with Mott and took input from her as to how to rule against her ex-boyfriend Robert King.

Last September, he texted Mott to say the case was being transferred to Wayne County Circuit Judge James Callahan.

Running upstairs 2 C if Judge Callahan will ‘take’ Brother King’s case. I’ll B N touch w/a quickness:-)

An hour later, he texted:

DONE DEAL!!!:-). I told a story so well, I had me believing it!! Brother King is on his way 2 ‘hangin’ Judge Callahan. He fuck up Once (sic) & he’s through!!47.

In June, he sent an email to Mott saying that he was concerned about the Judicial Tenure Commission probe into him sending the barechested photo to the deputy sheriff.

My Judicial Tenure Commission matter has me nervous,as you might expect. I have to be real careful until thismatter is put to rest. I can only ask humbly for your indulgence. Sorry. Second, you are the complaining witness on a case that is before me. Naturally if it got out that we were seeing each other before your B.D.’s case closed, everybody could be in deep shit. (emphasis in
original)

Joel Sklar, the attorney for King, commented on the complaint, saying: "Just when i thought it coudln’t get more shocking and more disappointing." He said King is suing McCree and Mott for allegedly helping pull off a sham court proceeding and denying his client his constitutional right to a fair and impartial hearing.

Brian Einhorn, McCree's attorney told Fox2:

"Judge McCree is a good judge," said Brian Einhorn.  "He's done a good job in the 16 years he's been on the bench.  It's embarrassing that he allowed himself to be put in this position, and I think he should be sanctioned because of that.  Judge McCree agrees that he should be sanctioned because of it, but I don't think that this deserves him being removed from the bench, and I don't think he will be."

Mott previously told Fox2's Charlie LeDuff that McCree had impregnated her.

Last October, the state Supreme Court reprimanded him for sending the shirtless photo to the sheriff's deputy.
