Danny Fenster is a writer and freelance journalist currently based in Detroit. A graduate of the journalism school at Columbia College Chicago, he has written for local and national newspapers, magazines and websites, covering public affairs, music and culture. He is a graduate student in the English department at Wayne State University, where he is studying narrative nonfiction.
